Returns Policy

You may return any product purchased within 30 days for a full refund with the purchaser bearing the cost of return shipping. We will pay the cost of return shipping if the item sent was a result of our error ie. the item is incorrect or damaged during shipment.

You should expect a refund of returned items within four weeks or sooner bearing in mind the time it takes the item to reach us and we process your request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders link under the “MY Account” menu and click the Return Item button. We will notify you of your refund once we’ve received the item and processed your return.

Shipping

Please be advised that due to the nature of our inventory, uniform or standardized shipping cannot be applied to your order at the point of purchase. Once you place an order we will determine the most cost-effective and secure means of shipping your order and you will be notified of the amount either by telephone or email; you may choose which method you prefer. Upon your approval of shipping costs, these will be added to your total. We will then bill your credit card when we ship your order.
